TikTok Ads CPA
TikTok publishes no CPA benchmark, first-party or endorsed. What it does publish: budget floors of $50 a day per campaign and $20 a day per ad group. Any "average TikTok CPA" you see quoted is somebody's client sample, not platform data.

First-party
The published numeric universe
Auction-based (CPM/CPC/oCPM); no rate card, but hard published budget minimums: campaign budget must exceed $50 (daily or lifetime), ad group daily budget must exceed $20 (lifetime = $20 x scheduled days).TikTok · checked 2026 Floors constrain how small you can test, not what results cost. Verified 2026-08-01. The absence of a benchmark is recorded as its own row in the register.
Mapping
Cost per result to CPA
TikTok reports cost per result against your optimization goal, the same shape as Meta: a purchase-optimized campaign's cost per result is a CPA; a traffic-optimized campaign's is not (the action gap). Compute your own honestly: pick one attribution window, keep it fixed across the comparison period, and divide spend by backend-verified conversions rather than platform-attributed ones. The calculator does the division; the discipline is the window.
Economics
Creative fatigue is the cost driver
TikTok's delivery leans on creative novelty harder than feed platforms. A winning ad's frequency saturates its audience pocket, CTR decays, and the auction re-prices the same result upward: CPA drift with no settings change. Practical consequence: budget creative production as a media cost and expect the real driver of month-two CPA to be refresh cadence, not bid strategy. Cross-platform decision: Meta vs TikTok; ceiling math: break-even CPA.
